Welll. I'm not going to get into discourse with it,
1: it isn't my place since I'm not a trans man, I'm nonbinary and don't try to be specifically masc,
2: I just. Don't care to go into discourse in general. Stressful.
BUT. With the volume itself, holy shit? The twins are Very Good, and when it comes to Lanque-- that was. An interesting way to go about him. I suppose with how these go, they were different timelines, probably? I'll... be honest, I do prefer the Valid End-- nicer Lanque, the poem thing was nice, and also, the big thing with me: Lynera doesn't run off crying after being utterly destroyed by mean Lanque......... Valid End is Good. Also, Lynera is a favorite of mine so that adds to it.
As for the... epilogue... My brain has calmed from it by now, but when I read it, I freaked the fuck out. Inwardly, of course, but. Holy Shit. Bean Freak. Also, I ffffffffucking HATE Doc Scratch-- I love him as a character, but as a person I fffffffucking hate him, very very very much, oh my god. I feel SO bad for the reader.
Along with. That fucking ending. THAT fucking ending. I was jokingly thinking 'haha you gonna make them read homestuck' but then it FREAKING HAPPENED
