KAITO V3 + TetoSV The Trap cover
....Why not? Why shouldn't I post stuff I've done here?
Anyhow, I made a very quick video for a Tally Hall cover I did in May.
So, I got Teto's SynthV AI voicebank when it came out! Or well-- I preordered the physical box for it, had to wait a bit later than her initial release for it to come in, but!!! I had to, I love Teto, and seeing her get a commercial voicebank is amazing??? It's so awesome seeing how far she's come.
I did a cover of Itai Atashi Ashita Aitai with her, since it was the first song that came to mind to do with her. Then, I wanted to test out her English--- since SynthV AI voices have trilingual capabilities with Japanese, English, and Chinese. So... why not tally hall?
Then I thought it'd be cute for it to be a duet with KAITO, since KAITOV3 is the voicebank I typically use for things, since KAITO's my favorite, and also I do stuff for muse reasons and I still associate Kadin with KAITO.
SynthV AI also has something called an instant mode, which if you click on it, it kind of. I guess does tuning for you? Honestly, the results vary wildly, sometimes it sounds great, sometimes it's like... too much. Or somehow just too little and sounds weirdly empty despite things. So, even if you decide to turn instant mode on, it's a good idea to still do your usual manual tuning on top of it.
Switching Teto's voice to English for this song instantly turned on instant mode, so... that is a factor here. Meanwhile, KAITO's just using my usual.
ALSO meanwhile, the two characters in the video are Kadin and-- well, the one represented by Teto's voice doesn't have a name yet, oops. But they're OC's, yeah, Kadin starting off from my KAITO interpretation and just branched naturally into being an OC, and Teto's... being a weird one since I got her after the rest of my Vocaloid muses had that natural progression. But. Yeah!
also, I'm doing okay personal-wise. As okay as I can be, anyhow.
